Leading building and facilities services contractor, NG Bailey, has selected Causeway MyRegister to help underpin the delivery of their supply chain and health and safety initiatives. The £460m NG Bailey group needed to replace manual systems, reduce risk and monitor health and safety standards in order to transform its supplier accreditation and performance review processes.
MyRegister is supporting their “Safety First and Foremost” strategy, by allowing suppliers to keep their H&S records up to date and providing NG Bailey with a system to monitor H&S performance in their supply chain.
MyRegister will become the centralised vendor management solution for the group, to provide a best practice framework to accredit and evaluate supplier performance. The solution will include a portal to provide suppliers with direct access to view their own performance statistics.
MyRegister is a group-wide IT deployment and the majority of NG Bailey’s 3100 staff will have access to the system. To further improve process efficiencies, we are also providing integration with existing systems, including their corporate finance system.
